We look for caregivers with prior childcare experience, a genuine passion for working with children, and strong references. CPR and first aid certification are highly preferred.

Nurses must be licensed and without restrictions.

Yes, we offer training  that covers childcare best practices, safety protocols, and emergency procedures to ensure you are well-prepared to provide exceptional care.

These are 1099 positions.  

 

It's important to be on time and engaged when on assignment.  This means discussing expectations before getting started and asking questions in advance. 

We also require for you not to use your phone while on assignment with a family.  

We encourage open communication and are here to help resolve any issues that may arise. Our support team is available to mediate and find solutions to ensure a positive working environment for both caregivers and families.
